The Covid-19 Pandemic, which has shaken up the world in every way possible, has also stirred up the legal field. Trials have been delayed, and major deals, mergers and IPOs are a 'no go' at least for now.

Labor and employment firms, on the other hand, are getting a boost as clients navigate pandemic hiring, firing, and lay-offs.

Pandemic-induced restructuring might result in more efficient use of law firm resources such as office space and even manpower, as it has increased remote work and allowed firms to see this is quite possible.
